Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Skill ni Juan handles your information. It is written to reflect how this site actually works — but it is a starting template, not legal advice. Have a lawyer review it before you rely on it.

Who we are

Skill ni Juan is an online learning site operated by Wennovatemedia in the Philippines. You can reach us at hello@skillnijuan.com.

What we collect

• What you give us. Your first name and email address when you sign up for a course or join a waitlist, plus which course you signed up for.
• How you arrived. If you came from an ad or a shared link, we record the campaign details attached to that link.
• How you use the site. Pages viewed and actions taken, collected through the analytics and advertising tools described below.

We do not ask for or store payment card details on this site. Any paid enrolment is handled by a separate payment provider.

Why we collect it

• To give you access to the course you signed up for and email you about it.
• To tell you when a course you asked about opens.
• To understand which pages and ads bring people who actually enrol, so we spend less on ads that don't work.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that make this site run:

• GoHighLevel — stores your contact record and sends your course emails.
• Meta (Facebook) — if the Meta Pixel is active, it records that a signup happened so we can measure and target ads. Details sent for matching are hashed.
• Facebook video player — interview videos on the About page use Facebook's player. It only loads when you press play, and Facebook may then set its own cookies.
• Google Analytics — if enabled, records anonymous usage statistics.
• Our web host — serves the pages, passes signup forms on to GoHighLevel, and keeps standard server logs. To stop spam, it briefly keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address to limit repeated signups.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

Advertising and analytics tools set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them, though our measurement becomes less accurate. You can also opt out of personalised ads in your Meta ad settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact record for as long as you are a student or subscriber. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to correct it, to object to processing, to have it erased or blocked, to data portability, to damages, and to complain to the National Privacy Commission. To exercise any of these, email hello@skillnijuan.com. Every email we send also has an unsubscribe link.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we will remove it.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS and we limit who can access student records. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated date at the top will change with it.
