Terms of Service
Last updated September 2026
These terms cover your use of Skill ni Juan. Like the privacy policy, this is a starting template rather than legal advice — have it reviewed before launch.
Agreement
By using this site or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Your account
Course access is personal to you. Don't share your login. Keep your details accurate so we can reach you, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
Free courses
Free courses are free, with no payment required. We may change, pause, or retire a free course at any time.
Paid courses
Paid course prices are shown in Philippine pesos and charged as a one-time payment unless stated otherwise. Access begins once payment clears. Because course material is delivered digitally and immediately, paid enrolments are generally non-refundable — if something has gone wrong, email us and we'll look at it case by case.
What you can and can't do with the material
Course videos, templates, and written material belong to Skill ni Juan. Use them for your own learning and your own client work. Don't copy, resell, republish, or share them, and don't use them to build a competing course.
What we don't promise
We teach skills. We do not guarantee that you will find clients, earn a specific amount, or reach any particular result. Any figures mentioned on this site are examples, not promises. What you earn depends on your effort, your market, and factors outside our control.
Your conduct
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break into it, no scraping, no automated signups, no harassment of other students or staff. We may suspend access for any of these.
Other sites and tools
Our courses mention outside tools and platforms. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them. Their own terms apply when you use them.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Skill ni Juan is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or its courses. Nothing here limits rights you have under Philippine consumer law.
Ending access
You can stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
